Our cases range from simple and uncontested divorces to complex and contested cases, with issues such as custody of minor children, spousal support and multi-million dollar property settlements. All of our clients' needs are different and depend on the circumstances of their individual case.

We strive to provide each client with a thorough analysis of the issues specific to their case along with recommendations for a successful and equitable resolution. The majority of these cases are settled, saving the client the time and expense of a trial while providing all parties with some control over their future.

For those clients who have not been married but have children, the issues mostly are confined to child custody, placement and support. We have handled a significant number of such cases, ranging from the filing of Paternity Petitions for either parent to the establishment of a placement schedule or child support order.

Our office prepares prenuptial agreements for our clients who are planning to marry and would like to protect certain assets they own at the time of their marriage. Often these individuals have children from a prior marriage and are planning to leave their premarital assets to their children at a future time. These concerns should be addressed well in advance of the marriage. Proper premarital planning, including a well drafted prenuptial agreement, can help our clients protect their assets in the event of death or divorce.
